Photo Editions – 2012-2018

From the series Unbuilt Residences in Reykjavik, 1925-1930, 2005-2015 and Namesake, 2018.

Unbuilt Series: Architectural drafts of 9 unrealised homes in Reykjavik from the period 1925-1930 are used to create sculptures/models that then are by various means destroyed and then reconstructed from the wreckage.

Namesake: A site specific project commissioned by Front International, 2018, involved mining clay in Iceland, casting it into cobblestones and placing them in the Northeast Ohio earth, allowing them to naturally evolve among the local flora and thereby transporting the locus that is the material itself.
